Since 2005, Kathy has been an active Realtor and member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, the South Metro Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and is also proud to hold the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation held by only 15% of Realtors nationwide. Originally raised in the San Diego area, she’s lived in this most beautiful state of Colorado for over 40 years and earned her BS degree from Colorado State University. She loves real estate, reading, gardening, hiking, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
